His career prior to setting up the Executive search was based
around
30 years (Born in 1955)
in various working industries ranging
from Oil & Petroleum, Publishing,
Music & Entertainment, Advertising Agency, Executive Search.
He had held the key positions in all the companies which he has
associated with:
Sales Promotion & Advertising Manager at Shell Thailand;
Lubricant Business Manager at Kuwait Petroleum;
Marketing director at Warner Music Thailand;
Country Manager at Reader's Digest;

& CEO Magazine & Books
at The Nation Group, Retained Marketing Consultant to a few local companies,
including as executive
search consultant in Houston, Texas before returning to Thailand.
The experience gained over the last 15 years, working with and in the
mid-cap and start-up new
businesses/markets has allowed Suphachai to provide significant added-value
to his clients.
His expertise in the areas of Business & Marketing Strategy, Corporate
Communication, Auditing,
Financial Analysis, General Management and Strategy has allowed him to
differentiate his approach
to consultative recruitment.
His fortes have been the way he applies the disciplines and experiences

from the western best practices onto his works while capitalizing the

Suphachai graduated High School level at Montgomery Blair High, Maryland and earned a BA in
Business Economics from West Virginia University, and MBA in Management from the same University.
He served two years as President of Thailand Direct Marketing Association
which
he has rejuvenated the association in 1999.
He was the part-time Lecturer at Bangkok University for 3 years.
Presently, besides the executive search business, he has been a regular guest speaker
and trainer for numerous management skills training courses, A One-On-One Executive Coaching for
many large local and multinational companies.

Attapol Sunthornpadungsin
Prior to joining HU & MAR Consulting (Thailand) Ltd., Attapol was a seasoned banker with 2 years experiences in Retail Banking and 6 years in Corporate Banking. Most recently, he was a Vice President in commercial banking relationship management for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited(“HSBC”) covering large local corporate clients across various industries.
Prior to HSBC, he spent 2 years with TMB Bank’s corporate banking, 3 years with Standard Chartered Bank’s retail and SME banking (started as Standard Chartered Bank’s International Graduated Program with rotations to work in key areas i.e. consumer credit card, retail operations, and risk management), and a year with The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ in MNC banking.
Having worked with international firms and rotated across multiple functions, Attapol has a comprehensive understanding of the organizational structures, roles, andrequirements in banking and finance industry.
In addition, his corporate banking background allowed him to understand various clients’ business and operation.

Attapol spent 10 years in USA starting from high school in the state of Indiana to a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from West Virginia University and obtained his MBA from California State University San Bernadino.

Siriwan Tangkaravakun
Khun Siriwan Tangkaravakun spent the last 12 years working in the manufacturing industry at the top executive level in various functions i.e.Finance, Supply Chain and GM position. Prior to these works, she spent about 10 years with Thai Shell Exploration & Production in the Finance & Accounting and IT area.
Her experience in managing manufacturing Paint & Chemical Solvent products have given her knowledge and in-depth experience of the job positions which relate to manufacturing production & management.
Her working experience also extended to some other business/industry i.e. Cooking Oil, etc.
She has easy-going personality and with good sense of flexibility and reality. She plays golf at her free time while raising and watching her 3 beautiful and energetic children growing.
She spent a few years in England and received Diploma of Computer and Finance from Norwich City College, UK.

Prachaya Sunthornpadungsin
The youngest Consultant among the consulting team members
who has been enjoyed working as a Head Hunter after spent
a few years with a Japanese trading company and a brief tenure
with Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi.
Prachaya speaks and writes Japanese, in fact, teaching Japanese
as a part time to elementary students. After received his Bachelor
Degree in Business Japanese, he went to study International Business
Program at Birmingham University in England for 1 year. He also
spent a short period study in Japanese to improve his Japanese language.
He enjoys playing golf as well as servicing clients as a Consultant.
